Gargan Imperial Parliament is the chief governing body of Gargania under the Emperor Wolfgang III.
Gargan Imperial Parliament is divided into two great parties. One of them is the Republic Faction. This faction had been banished from the Imperial Parliament, and the members were captured in Carozza Prison. Valerie, the only daughter of the late leader of the Republic Faction, tried to revitalize the faction and save her comrades by joining Esperanza.
